Privacy, in plain English.

This policy covers what data this site collects, where it goes, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you send us through forms, we use boring infrastructure providers to process it, and we don’t sell, rent, or trade any of it. Ever. The longer version follows.

Effective date: [date]

What we collect, and when

When you submit a form. Your name, email, and whatever you write in the message — plus your website URL and industry if you provide them. That’s it; the forms ask for what we need to reply and nothing else.

When you subscribe to the newsletter. Your email address.

When you just visit. This site doesn’t run advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts that follow you around the internet. Cloudflare (our host) processes standard technical data — IP addresses, browser type — to serve and secure the site. [Adjust if analytics are added: name the tool and what it sees.]

The services that touch your data

We use a small set of infrastructure providers, each for one job: Cloudflare hosts the site, filters spam (Turnstile), and processes form submissions in transit. Resend delivers contact-form messages to our inbox. MailerLite stores newsletter subscriptions and sends the emails. Calendly handles call bookings if you choose to book one. Each provider processes your data under its own privacy policy, and none of them get more than their job requires.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, deliver what you asked for (an audit report, a newsletter, a scheduled call), and run the business relationship if we end up working together.

We don’t sell your data, share it with advertisers, add you to lists you didn’t join, or send drip campaigns because you once asked a question. Unsubscribing from the newsletter takes one click and actually works.

Your data, your call

Want to know what we have, have it corrected, or have it deleted? Email john@frostbytewebsolutions.com and it’ll be handled — by a person, within a few business days, without a verification maze.

If this policy changes

We’ll update this page and the effective date. No retroactive surprises.
