What if I cancel?
You cancel, and that’s it — month to month, no contract gymnastics. The site is yours either way; it was built that way on purpose. We’ll hand over anything we were managing and wish you well.
What counts as an “update”?
A content or layout change you’d describe in one request: new text on a page, swapped photos, a new testimonial, a tweaked section. New pages or features get a fixed quote instead — and we’ll always tell you which side of the line a request falls on before doing it.
Do prices change?
Your rate is locked while you’re subscribed. If plan prices rise later, that’s for new subscribers — staying on doesn’t cost you your original deal.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes, up or down, from the next month. Most clients start on Starter and move up when they’re ready to push on search.
Do I need a Care Plan at all?
